We work on all three valley roof types
Concrete and clay tile, low slope and flat assemblies, and asphalt shingle. This matters more than it sounds: a contractor who only installs shingle recommends shingle, and a very large share of Las Vegas roofs are not shingle. Our recommendation is not constrained by what our crew happens to know.
Underlayment first diagnosis on tile
On a tile roof we inspect for underlayment condition specifically, because that is what fails here while the tile still looks new. The result is frequently a much smaller job than the homeowner was braced for, and we would rather quote the honest smaller job than the impressive one.
A written scope on every quote
Roof type, square footage, tear off and disposal, materials named by manufacturer and product, flashing details, deck repair allowance, price and schedule. One page. It also means you can compare us against another quote properly, which we are comfortable with.
We recommend repair when a repair will hold
If the waterproofing layer is sound and the damage is local, we quote the repair and say so plainly. A replacement gets recommended when the underlayment or membrane has failed across the slope, and that is a condition we can show you on your own roof.
