Roofing Contractor in Summerlin, Las Vegas

Almost every Summerlin roof is an underlayment job

The villages built through the 1990s and early 2000s are now well into the window where the felt under the tile gives out. The tile itself is usually fine. Lift it, replace the underlayment, reset the tile: the roof looks identical afterward and costs far less than a tile replacement.

West side wind off the escarpment

Summerlin sits up against the Red Rock escarpment, and the west side of the valley gets stronger and gustier wind than the center. Ridge tile, hip tile and the perimeter courses are where that shows up first, usually as slipped or cracked pieces after a storm.

HOA and architectural review

Summerlin villages have architectural standards on tile profile and color. We pull the approved specification for your village before ordering, so the roof passes review the first time.

Which jurisdiction permits your street

Summerlin straddles the City of Las Vegas boundary and unincorporated Clark County depending on the village. We confirm which one covers your address before filing, because guessing wrong costs a week.
