Roofing Contractor in North Las Vegas, NV

Older North Las Vegas roofs

The stock built from the 1950s through the 1970s tends to be asphalt shingle or low slope, often re-roofed several times by different hands. Layered shingle and mismatched patch history are common, and they change the scope, because a tear off through three layers is a different job from a tear off through one.

Aliante and the newer north

North of the 215 the roofs are predominantly concrete tile from the 2000s build out. Those are underlayment jobs now, not tile jobs, and quoting them as full tile replacements overcharges the homeowner by a wide margin.

Permitted through North Las Vegas

North Las Vegas is an incorporated city with its own Building Safety division, so permits do not go through Clark County. We file where the address actually requires.

Wind exposure on the open north edge

The northern edge of the valley is flatter and more open, and roofs there take more direct wind. On older shingle roofs that shows up as lifted and creased tabs along the rakes, which is repairable if it is caught before the underlayment is exposed.
